Self-Inflating Sleep Mats
To inflate your self-inflating sleeping mat, simply unroll the mat and open the valve. The mat sucks in the air and inflates. (It may be necessary to blow a little air in by mouth to finish it off) Then close the valve.
To deflate, open the valve and roll or fold from the opposite end. How easy is that?
Self inflating sleep mats provide excellent insulation and a good level of comfort. Great for backpackers, but some larger mats are more suited to the family camper
