Helmets
At Cave & Crag, we have been in business long enough to remember some of the first climbing helmets to appear on the market. They were usually made from fibreglass and were pretty cumbersome and heavy.
Fortunately over the years, climbing helmet design has evolved and they are now lightweight and comfortable to wear whilst still providing much needed protection from stonefall and impact with rock during a fall.
