All you need to cook a great meal in the outdoors. (Except the food) The Jetboil is self contained, and packs together very neatly to make a really lightweight cook set.

Jetboil uses FluxRing technology to give a very fast boil time. Fuel efficiency means that one standard 230gr gas cartridge will boil up to 30 litres of water.
  • The lid stays secure while simmering or when carrying, and includes a drinking spout.
  • The 1 litre capacity cooking cup is made from anodised aluminium for durability and easy cleaning.
  • FluxRing heat exchanger doubles the efficiency of the butane fuel.
  • Neoprene sleeve allows you to grip the cup while insulating the contents and speeding up boil times.
  • Lightweight burner is housed in a wind-protective shroud.
  • Piezo ignition and fuel valve adjusts from low simmer to high boil.
  • Uses standard screw fit cartridges.
  • Unit weighs only 450gr (Without fuel)

  'GREAT AT WHAT IT DOES!'
Strengths: Fast boil time and very fuel efficient. Nice compact unit fits together easily and securely and gas and burner stow efficiently inside cup when not in use
Weaknesses: Flame unsteady in very windy conditions. Unstable with larger gas cylinders due to narrow design. Small cup means the unit is only suitable for solo use. However, given that this is what it was designed for it doesnt matter massively.
Overall: Fantastic for making coffee and cooking rice, this stove is good for solo backbpackers wanting to boil up a meal for one, or those looking for something to make a quick brewup. Its all in one design makes it a greeat stove and a must for climbing trips and solo expedtions (as long as you are happy living off boil in the bag food).
