The non-stick coating on the Trangia 25 Non-Stick gives the ideal surface for frying, and requires little or no cooking fat. It also makes washing-up easier, because nothing sticks. The non-stick surface is more slightly more suseptible to scratches and abrasion, so only wood or plastice utensils should be used.
