The Raichle Mt Trail is a slightly higher boot than the Scout, and as such offers excellent ankle support, yet the cuff is soft and pliable, and so will cause no discomfort.

It is a comfortable and flexible walking boot suitable for 3 season use walking and backpacking.
  • Nubuk leather upper.
  • Goretex lining makes the boot waterproof and breathable.
  • Flexible but supportive midsole construction.
  • Heel retention band, and flexible achilles area.
  • Memory foam in the tongue and ankle area makes for a perfect fit.

  'GREAT WHILE THEY LASTED...'
Strengths: Very stable unit and practically lived & worked in them for 11 months! Great tramping, very stable with a large heavy load and better suited to the wider footed person.
Weaknesses: None until now - 2 years on the sole unit has suddenly started to fall apart with the rubber disintegrating before my eyes... Shame, nice boot unti now!
Overall: OK but was expecting a better life out of them. Leather upper has survived very well - sole unit has let it down... Wet Feet
