Burma Pro Lady is a similar design the the Borneo Pro Lady, but has the benefit of a Gore-Tex lining to provide an extra waterproof barrier within the boot.
The upper is made from silicone coated Nubuck leather, and again the cuff of this boot is very user friendly, comfortable but supportive.
The Vibram sole unit is specially made for Meindl, and gives excellent grip under most conditions encountered in walking and trekking situations.
The addition in 2004 of Meindl's unique MFS system gives an exceptionally comfortable fit. There is a sophisticated foam insert around the ankle and heel area. This foam forms to the shape of the foot after being worn for a few minutes, and remembers that shape for the future, so giving a snug personalised fit every time.
