This is an extremely compact 4 section walking pole.

The handle and wrist strap are ergonomically designed and are very user friendly. It extends down the pole for double handed use if necessary or when you need to adjust your centre of gravity.

The Quad is made from 7075 alloy tubing and has a hard wearing carbide tip. Its small size makes it the perfect travelling companion.

Most benefit is gained from walking poes by using them as a pair.
