Wynnster Braemar overtrousers.

A very popular design of over-trouser. The Braemar comes in regular and short leg lengths for a better fit.

The outer fabric is Aquastop 5000 coated Polyester microfibre which gives a soft and flexible feel. The over-trousers are lined with taffeta nylon, so at a pinch they could be worn as an ordinary (but waterproof) trouser.

All options of Braemar over-trouser share the same features. An elasticed waist with drawcord. Zipped side pockets. Fully taped seams. 14" zipped leg gussets with velcro adjuster. (12" on short leg option.)

  'CHEAP, DO THE JOB, UNINSPIRING'
Strengths: They are lined which means they go well with shorts. Completely Water and wind proof. Good value.
Weaknesses: Could do with a bigger zip. Quite heavy. Tear more easily than some.
Overall: The most important thing with waterproof trousers is that they are waterproof. which these are. Next they should be easy to get on. I found that the lining caught on my boots, then the lining would get caught in the zip, which was a little too short, I would love the zip to go to knee length. Otherwise, they are a touch heavy if you carry them without using them.
