Postage & Packing ChargesThese are our charges for postage and packing depending on delivery region and total weight of your order. The cost of postage and packing will be automatically calculated for your order and will be displayed on the final checkout page.

For UK orders under 5kg in weight we use Royal Mail services. Delivery time is usually 2-4 days from dispatch. If you wish, you can opt for next working day delivery for a small extra charge. (Mid-Day is the cut-off time for receiving orders for delivery next day.)
For UK orders over 5kg in weight we normally use a Courier service. We would be grateful if you would ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. It is possible to collect parcels from your local APC depot, or Post office if we have used ParcelForce but to avoid inconvenience, please remember that when ordering, you have the option to have goods sent to a works or other suitable address.
Please help us to help you. We can arrange to leave packages in a Safe Place. Please enter details of your safe place on the checkout page.
N.B For International deliveries under 2kg in weight, we use Royal Mail Airsure or Royal Mail International Signed For, however, in certain circumstances it may be necessary to use an alternative delivery method. If this is likely to incur a higher postage charge, we will e-mail customers to inform them of the revised charge, and will not take payment or despatch orders until the carriage charge has been agreed by the customer.
Delivery to non-EU countries may attract a customs duty charge. This is payable by the customer upon delivery.
* Quote Price. The carriage charge will be calculated depending on the weight and delivery country/Zone. This will be shown during the purchasing process.
